1. Is installation support available in my country?
An installation manual ships with every unit. On-site support is available in the Middle East. Engineers can travel to other markets at client’s expense.
2. What safety devices come standard?
Every unit includes an anti-fall mechanical lock, overload alarm, and wire rope leveling system. All safety features are standard, not optional.
3. How is the unit packaged for shipping?
Every unit is powder coated, wrapped in anti-collision film and foam padding, and packed in a wooden crate. Pre-shipment photos and test videos are provided before dispatch.
4. What does the warranty cover?
Full machine warranty covers 12 months. Structural components are covered for 5 years. Technical support is available for the lifetime of the unit.
